The Board fully supports the Principal and staff in the stand they are taking on zero tolerance towards any form of violence.
Electoral Roll
Is available for viewing at the school office. There is a vacancy on the BOT; nominations for a Board member are being called for.
Hillcrest School Swimming Sports
These were held on Tuesday.
We have some awesome swimmers and lots of students who are determined to do their best – thank you to those parents and whanau who came to support their tamariki.
Bush Swimming sports for senior Students only is on Friday 4 March. You will be notified if your child is taking part. Help on the day from parents whose children are involved will be appreciated.
Role Model Assembly
Is on the 23 March at 11.30 a.m. Our role model is Wayne Taylor.
Wayne loves his sports where he has been a Fitness Trainer for the Manawatu NPC team since 2001, he is the World Champion Black Ferns fitness trainer and he is also the fitness trainer for Murray Mexteds International Rugby Academy.

Plastics:
Thank you to those families who have sold plastics and returned their money. Those who have not returned plastics and money need to do so this week
School Contributions
For 2005 the contributions are set at $30 one child
$50 for families but if the contribution is paid by the end of the second term it will be $40 for a family. Thank you to the four families who have already paid.
Automatic payments may be set up to cover the contributions and also the technology fees for years 7 & 8. Technology is $30 for the year. Call into the office and see Joy if you wish to set up an automatic payment.
Our school, like a lot of others is under funded by the Government and we need your contribution.
